The rooms include complementary high speed internet as well as a complementary hot breakfast. Parking for all guests is complementary. The hotel can also provide shuttle service to and from the University.

Towneplace Suites by Marriott College Station, located at 1300 University Drive East, has blocked rooms for the discounted rate of $85/night (not including additional fees).
All rooms are suites with full kitchens, flat screen televisions, complimentary wireless internet, complimentary hot daily breakfast, and they host a Managers Reception Dinner on Monday and Wednesday nights including beer and wine.
