For those of you, like me, who are still trying to understand the foreign language which is quickly becoming the standard form of communication throughout the world — Tech-ese, this glossary of tech terms is fantastic. It includes explanations for terms such as creative commons, opensource, and metadata with which many of us are familiar. It also includes a number of terms I’ve never heard or am just starting to hear: HTML5, android, etc. This might be a site worth bookmarking and/or browsing. Brushing up on your tech definitions just might come in handy! Note: theĀ glossary of terms was created by the Hacks/Hackers group and was released June 22, 2010 under a Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike 3.0 License. The original glossary can be found here.
